The building of the palace was designed by R. Halicki for the seat of the Greek Catholic Bishopric. It was built in the years 1898-1900. After World War II, the building was taken over by the State Treasury. The palace was thoroughly rebuilt and adapted in 1969-1977 as the seat of the National Museum of the Przemyśl Land, which is currently located in the city center at Ratuszowa Street. The palace building is entered into the register of monuments under No. A-541. It presents the style of late Renaissance Italian villas.
