The castle in Krasiczyn is one of the most beautiful treasures of Renaissance-Mannerist architecture in Poland, it also belongs to the most beautiful castles in Europe. It was built at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries by Stanisław Krasicki and his son Marcin. The two walls of the castle are decorated with a beautiful openwork attic. In the corners there are four round towers - Divine, Papal, Royal and Noble (their names symbolize the hierarchy of the world approved by the founders, including temporality and eternity). From the Castle Courtyard, surrounded by arcaded arcades, you can admire the extremely rare beautiful sgraffito decorations depicting biblical scenes, medallions with busts of emperors, images of Polish kings and hunting scenes. The historic Przemyśl is only 10 km away, and the extensive panorama of the Przemyśl Foothills encourages walking, cycling or horse riding tours of the area. Also, those who prefer a less strenuous rest will be satisfied with the peace that prevails here.
