A Renaissance castle erected in 1340 on the Castle Hill in Przemyśl nad Sanem during the reign of Casimir the Great. It has four towers, two of them by the Italian architect Galeazzo Appiani reminiscent of the style of the towers of the Krasiczyn castle. In addition to representative functions, the castle also provides entertainment. From time to time, you can watch theatrical performances because it is the seat of one of the oldest amateur theaters in Europe - '' Fredreum ''. In the immediate vicinity of the Kazimierzowski Castle there is also the City Park, created during the partitions. The building of the castle together with the courtyard covers an area of about 0.5 ha. From the north-west there is an eye-catching Gothic entrance gate. In the square in front of the castle stands a boulder in memory of the creators of the 3rd May Constitution, at which patriotic demonstrations take place.
