Built in 1912 by carpenters from nearby Klimkówka. Built in the Swiss style with numerous balconies, intricately decorated balustrades with wood, suspended arches and trusses. Is one of the largest and also the most beautiful of wooden historic buildings in Iwonicz. Between 1989 and 1992, it underwent a general renovation, which adapted it to the ever-increasing demands of guests. There is room for 126 guests.
