The first brick spa building built in 1838. Located in the center of the spa, on the boardwalk. From the south there is Charles and Józef Square from the north Dietl Square. A long storey building with three storey projections. Has three entrances. Between 1984 and 1987 a general renovation was carried out. It currently houses a sanatorium. On the ground floor there are spa clinics, where the best professors from Polish clinics and a diagnostic laboratory receive.
