The oldest monument of the spa, built in 1837 according to the design of Amelia Zalińska née Zalińska, as their summer palace. Formerly called the "Larch Palace". Maintained in the classical style, two-storey in a Palladian arrangement, with a four-column portico in the front facade, set at the height of the first floor on thick pillars, connected by arcades at the top. In the rear facade at the height of the first floor a deep loggia is also supported on the pillars. It is located in the center of Iwonicz, by the promenade and spa park. Formerly he had residential and reception functions. Currently, the building has its headquarters and offices of Uzdrowiska Iwonicz S.A.
