Built after 1875. One of the most impressive historic buildings. It is located in the center of the spa, the promenade begins with it. It is a two-story horizontal projection similar to the letter H with a four-sided clock tower. The clock strikes a quarter of an hour, and the full hours of calling the chimes. It used to be a luxury hotel for guests from Iwonicz, now it houses shops and flats of spa employees.
