Built around 1860 as a hotel with restaurant and entertainment lounges for wealthy guests arriving at the "spa". Built for spa purposes. It had a ballroom, spacious dining room, billiard room, and reading room. In 1887 a long Moorish-style porch was built on seven pillars. It is a two-storey building with a horizontal projection, similar to the letter F. Currently, there is a cinema that, after removing the chairs, turns into a ballet hall, and a luxury restaurant where you can organize dances and weddings.
