The Blizna Historical Park was established on the initiative and at the request of the residents of the Blizna Village Council with the support of the Commune Council in Ostrów. The investment is a response to the expectations of tourists and people interested in history. The main purpose of creating the Park is to save from forgetting the historical truth about the place, which played a very important role in the history of World War II and the subsequent shaping of military technology. The park was built exactly in the area of the authentic location of the German V1 and V2 missile training ground.
