The open-air museum of folk architecture in Kolbuszowa is located by the Bukowiec stream, among forests, ponds and arable fields. Its range covers an area of ​​about 30 hectares. It gathers about 80 smaller and larger wooden architecture objects, many equipment, tools and other objects characterizing the everyday life of the former village, material and spiritual culture of the two ethnographic groups of Lasowiacy and Rzeszowiacy who once lived there. The most interesting constructions located in the open-air museum include: the church. St. Mark the Evangelist from Rzochów, a collection of windmills, a water mill, fire station with an exhibition of old fire equipment, school building and a village tavern. In the interiors of some objects there are thematic exhibitions presenting handicrafts, thanks to which we can learn a lot about the old customs and rites prevailing there.
