The building is located at Tadeusza Kościuszki 5 in Mielec. Along with the garden, it is entered in the register of immovable monuments of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. It was built around 1830 in the Empire style. It was destroyed during World War II, but it was renovated in 1945. It is a one-story building, made of stone and plastered, erected on a rectangular plan. Covered with a gable steel roof. From the front of the manor house there is a four-column portico crowned with entablature with triglifts and a triangular gable. It has rectangular windows and above them a cordon cornice, above which is a row of pairs of tiny windows. Inside, barrel vaults with telescopes. The manor's owner was Ignacy Suchorzewski, who during the January Uprising was arrested after finding a gun warehouse during the search. From the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 21st century, the manor house was the seat of a municipal pharmacy.
