Brewed on site, produced using only natural ingredients, beer and classic dishes are the showcase of the new Rzeszów restaurant. You can taste the classic pils, get carried away in wheat beer, move somewhere far in search of pale ale, or savor March and dark beer. The Chef reached for old recipes so that classic dishes have regained their former splendor. And so white sausage is made according to a recipe from the beginning of the 19th century, duck roasted in a wood-burning oven is in turn a Sarmatian recipe from the 18th century.
