It was created in around 1690 according to the design of Tylman from Gameren. In the years 1757-1760, K. H. Wiedemann rebuilt it in the fashionable "maison de plaisance" fashion and surrounded it with a French-style garden. In the years 1981–85 he underwent a thorough restoration and adapted for the needs of the Rzeszów School of Pedagogy - a branch of the Academy of Music in Krakow. It is built in the late Baroque style on the "H" projection, multi-story, with a mansard roof. The façade is ornamented in the Saxon Rococo style and stone busts of men and women placed in them depicting members of the Lubomirski family in Roman senatorial costumes. The garden is surrounded by a stylish fence. In Skarpa, from the south, you can see a tunnel leading to the palace underground.
