Rzeszów Philharmonic Artur Malawski. Its origins date back to 1955, then the concert of the Provincial Symphony Orchestra, which inaugurated the start of the first season. After four years, the orchestra was nationalized and renamed the State Symphony Orchestra, while in 1967 the Rzeszów Philharmonic named after Artur Malawski was established. In January 1974, the construction of a new building was completed, in which there is a concert hall with an amphitheater auditorium for 800 seats and a chamber hall for 300 seats. Every day there are music programs in kindergartens and schools, recitals and chamber concerts. Every week, the concerts of the 84-member orchestra attract music lovers from all over Poland.
