The wooden church was founded at the beginning of the 18th century exactly in 1713. It was surrounded by roofs and Saturdays, which were later liquidated, a sacristy was added at the end of the 19th century, and a new women's gallery was added a little later. After rebuilding, the silhouette was significantly changed, despite this it retained its three-domed silhouette. After World War II, it was taken over by the state. The church is oriented, carcass construction, triple. The current body of the temple, although it gives way to the previous one, stands out with its picturesque silhouette among the churches existing in the vicinity of Lubaczów.
