The late-Gothic, wooden church building was built in the 15th century, probably rebuilt around 1611, one of the most valuable wooden monuments of the Strzyżów Foothills. The rafter-creep-hook construction system was used in the building, which is characteristic for the oldest wooden churches in south-eastern Lesser Poland, the original structure of the roof truss - orchid has been preserved. The facility is located on the wooden architecture trail of Podkarpackie province.
