Niechobrz is a town located about 3 km southwest of Rzeszów. The village lies in a valley surrounded by hills, the highest of which reaches 388 m a.s.l. Like other villages of this commune, Niechobrz lies on a geologically interesting border between the Flysch Carpathians and the Podkarpackie Zapadlisko. Limestone deposits and fossil finds are remains of the former Miocene sea in the village. Miocene bear jaws.
